Are you a strategic communicator who can shape narratives, influence stakeholders, and build a solid brand reputation?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications, public relations, employer branding, and digital communications for a leading multinational organization.

What You'll Do

Drive strategic communication initiatives that support business goals and strengthen organizational reputation.
Lead media relations, executive communications, thought leadership content, PR campaigns, and stakeholder engagement programs.
Develop impactful internal communication strategies, leadership messaging, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.
Build and execute employer branding campaigns across digital and talent platforms in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Manage digital communication channels, content strategy, websites, social media presence, and analytics-driven campaigns.




Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact communication programs and manage communication agencies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing communications team.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multinational environment.
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
