Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager Process Implementation to drive the design, implementation, standardization and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes at the Head Office for our Building Material business.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in process implementation, process standardization, SAP-driven operations and cross-functional transformation, with practical exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, dispatch and coordination with sales and plant teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement standardized processes and SOPs across procurement, inventory, logistics, dispatch, sales coordination and supply chain functions.
- Lead end-to-end process implementation projects, from requirement identification and process mapping to implementation, testing, user adoption and stabilization.
- Map existing business processes, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and implement structured process improvements and controls.
- Implement SAP-driven workflows and transaction processes across MM, SD and PP modules to improve process visibility, accuracy and control.
- Establish standardized processes for Purchase Orders, Material Receipts, Stock Transfers, Inventory Management, Dispatch and Order Fulfilment.




- Develop and implement inventory control mechanisms, including stock norms, replenishment processes, ageing controls and inter-location stock movement procedures.
- Develop process KPIs, MIS dashboards and management reports to measure process performance, compliance, efficiency and turnaround time.
- Lead initiatives for process automation, digitization and SAP optimization to reduce manual intervention and improve operational accuracy.
- Develop and implement process controls, approval matrices, SOPs and accountability mechanisms across operational functions.
- Establish and standardize Order-to-Dispatch, Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9–15 years of relevant experience in Building Material / Wood Panel / Plywood / MDF / Laminates industry.
- Proven experience in process implementation, process standardization, operational transformation or business process improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP MM / SD / PP modules is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics and Dispatch processes.
- Experience in developing SOPs, process maps, workflows, KPIs and process control mechanisms.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS and operational dashboards/reporting.
