Job Description MICE Sales

Company: Zenith Holidays Limited Position: MICE Sales Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR Salary: Negotiable (Based on relevant experience and current CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

- Acquire new clients through networking, references, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Prepare and present customized MICE proposals based on client requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with clients.

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MICE Sales.

- Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment.

- Strong corporate client base and industry network will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.

- Positive knowledge of Domestic and International MICE destinations.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
