A leading organization in the Cables & Conductors industry is looking for an experienced DGM / Sr. DGM International Sales to join its team at the Jaipur Head Office.

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Experience: Strong experience in International Business Development within the Cable & Conductor industry

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand export business.
Identify and onboard recent customers, distributors, EPC contractors, and utilities across global markets.
Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Lead business development, lead generation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.




Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Represent the organization at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and payment processes.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to payment realization.

Desired Profile:

Proven experience in International Sales within the Cable & Conductor industry.
Strong business development and lead generation capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Sound understanding of export procedures and international markets.
