Role 1: MLAP (Medium Loan Against Property)

- Location: Chennai
- Target Ticket Size: 10 Lakhs to 1.5 Crores
- Target Segment: Emerging enterprises, self-employed individuals, and MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Drive business volumes by sourcing medium-ticket LAP loans through direct sourcing, connectors, and DSA networks.
- Relationship Management: Manage end-to-end client relationships from initial login to final disbursement.
- Market Penetration: Identify current micro-markets and business hubs within Chennai to expand the customer base.
- Credit Collaboration: Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth file processing and quick turnaround times.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in Mortgage, LAP, or Business Loan sales.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Chennai geography and local business communities.

Proven track record in handling DSA channels and direct client acquisition.

Role 2: Prime LAP

- Location: Bangalore
- Target Ticket Size: 25 Lakhs to 25 Crores
- Target Segment: High-net-worth individuals (HNIs), large corporate clients, and established businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- High-Value Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-ticket LAP cases up to 25 Crores.
- Strategic Partnerships: Leverage corporate DSAs, wealth managers, chartered accountants, and direct networks.
- Customised Structuring: Understand complex financial profiles to structure large-ticket deals effectively.
- Portfolio Health: Ensure high-quality onboarding with a strong focus on initial credit checks and risk assessment.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in handling high-ticket LAP, Corporate Loans, or Commercial Mortgages.
- Network: Robust existing network among premium DSAs, CAs, and business owners in Bangalore.
- Skills: Exceptional financial analytical skills and negotiation capabilities for large corporate structures.
