JOB DESCRIPTION

Education Qualification: Btech Electrical

Experience: 3-5 years experience

Designation: Maintenance Engineer

CTC - 3LPA To 5.5 LPA ( On roll)

Location- Nagpur

Responsibilities

Electrical work execution & maintenance work, facility management, EHS.

The candidate should have experience in Mall Management.

Supervise the MCC panel installation, pre-commissioning checks, I/O testing and

commissioning of Plant and Machinery, in terms of ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost

and Timelines adherence.

Liaising with in office vendors, contractors and casual manpower and ensure

timely and quality delivery of work.

Execute the site installation and commissioning activities by coordinating with

System Integrator and ECW contractor. Monitor day to day activities and

maintain project progress.

Maintaining a record of all Punch point / Snag points given by Project manager,

package managers, site engineers and self, and ensuring closure of the same by

liaising with ECW contractor.

Completion of electrical installation with compliance to Electrical safety and EHS





guidelines before charging Electrical Panels.

Personal profiling:

Good communication & interpersonal skills within & external stake holders like vendors, govt.officials etc.

Solid fundamentals in electrical engineering & EHS.

Knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, SAP, etc

Eye for detailing. Ability to schedule and break the activities on ground into effective and achievable timelines

Good Planning Skills. Must have the ability to schedule and break the project activities into effective and achievable timelines.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

High motivation levels & ability to work under pressure.

Ability to accept & bring change.
