Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that drive customer footfall, increase sales, strengthen the Aster Pharmacy brand, and support new store openings across Kerala. The role involves close coordination with Operations, Store Teams, Vendors, and Digital Marketing partners to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of promotional activities across multiple locations.
- Support recent product launches, store openings, and other marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing collateral and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have more than 3 years of experience in retail marketing.
