Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager – HR Operations to lead HR operations, drive process excellence, HR automation, and people analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, HRIS implementation, reporting, employee lifecycle management, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR tools, systems, and process-related queries.
- Own and enhance HR tools, HRIS, and automation initiatives.
- Lead HR analytics and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Prepare timely and accurate HR reports and MIS.
- Develop and maintain HR SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, onboarding,



and related HR operations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on people initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs and operational excellence.

Required Skills

- 10–15 years of HR experience with at least 3 years leading HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience implementing at least one HRIS platform.
- Expertise in HR Analytics, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills; knowledge of HR systems is preferred.
- Strong process improvement and automation mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in startups or high-growth organizations is an added advantage.
