Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
- Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.
- Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
- Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
- Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
- Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce
