Position: AI/ML Demand Forecasting
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work From Office)
Experience: 4-6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with experience in Demand Forecasting and Time Series Modeling. The candidate will develop, deploy, and optimize forecasting models to improve business planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize demand forecasting models.
- Build data pipelines and perform feature engineering.
- Analyze forecasting accuracy and improve model performance.
- Deploy and monitor ML models using MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver forecasting solutions.

Required Skills

- Python, SQL
- Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM




- Time Series Forecasting (Prophet, ARIMA, Lag Features)
- Pandas, NumPy
- FastAPI/REST APIs
- MLflow, Docker
- Git

Good to Have

- Power BI
- LLMs, LangChain, AI Agents
- Retail/Supply Chain or Demand Forecasting domain experience
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
