- Ensure branch operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Review Gold Loan operations regularly and provide timely reports to the Regional Office.
- Drive branch profitability through growth in Gold Loan business and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and strong customer relationship management.

- Minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) through effective portfolio management and follow-up.
- Guide and support marketing executives in business sourcing and customer acquisition activities.

- Regularly review and monitor branch security systems, vault management, safes, and joint custody arrangements.
- Profile customers and recommend suitable financial products to meet their needs.
