Position overview:
The associate manager is instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the companys financial health. The role is expected to provide leadership, ensure compliance, manage metrics, communicate with stakeholders and leverage technology to optimize RCM process. This role involves managing a team responsible for insurance follow-up.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day functions of the AR Team
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Organizing work and communicating goals to the team.
- Allocating and managing resources.
- Ensure client's SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.
- Conducts team huddles, provides process updates, communicates the overall health of the process in terms of productivity and quality and ensures the team is in line with the organizations goals.
- Effective documentation of current status of every project.
- Prepares and submits reports to management monthly and upon request.
- Demonstrates and develops commitment to service, processes and quality.
- Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.
- Planning adequate staff for all the process
- Mentors and motivates the team.
- Conducts and is a part of the appraisal review of the Senior Consultants, consultants, Senior Specialists,
Senior Analysts and Analysts along with the Manager.
- Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
- Follows HPI policies, upholds qualified standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
- Performs other responsibilities as needed.
People management responsibilities:
- Takes an active part in driving their Professional Development Plan (PDP) and career development.
- Ensures proper utilization and availability of resources.
- Develops team goals and manages them for results.
- Develops team through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, development planning, and rewards.
Skills and experience:
- 10 to 15 Years of Experience in US healthcare industry
- Minimum 2 Years should have worked as Team Lead/ Associate Manager.
- Confident and eloquent in written and oral communication
- Analytical Skills

- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
