Role Title: Production-in-Charge / Production Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
- Raw material dispensing batch ke liye accurate weighing/measuring, material verification
- Production execution — batch process ko start se finish tak khud run karna
- In-process quality parameter checks (pH, viscosity, appearance, etc.)
- Batch documentation — BMR filling, real-time record-keeping
- Packaging — final product packaging, batch coding, labeling accuracy
- Finished goods handover — packed material ko FG store tak accurately transfer karna
- Production planning — daily/weekly schedule banana orders aur material availability ke hisaab se
- Manpower planning — floor par shift allocation, worker assignment, absenteeism handle karna
- Wastage/yield reconciliation aur reporting
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on production experience — dispensing se packaging tak, sirf ek stage nahi
- Liquid/semi-solid product experience preferred (cosmetics/FMCG) — tablet-only background less relevant
- Manpower supervision ka real experience
- Basic GMP/BMR knowledge, lekin execution-focused, audit-focused nahi
- MS Excel proficiency
