Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include Talent Acquisition Operations, on-boarding support, Internal Job Posting, Benefits and claims, Payroll operations, Incentive Management and employee separation/ termination management.
- Major role will be in recruitment of candidates for IT & Non IT both.
- Conducting orientation, Induction and designing and arranging a training program for the new Employees.
- Handling day to day operational & admin work i.e. leave attendance & other things to manage as per the business requirement.
- Designing Effective structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Handling grievances and addressing the same, Employee counseling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct to maintain discipline and harmonious working environment.
- Implementing the performance management system and assisting with the review process and appraisal exercise.
- Conducting the Employee development programs, performance reviews and assessment, succession planning,



Job rotation, Training needs identification, Training design and implementation etc.
- Design the Employee Engagement Calendar, plan and execute at all levels to create fun at workplace and organizing events.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management with at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources
- Should have good experience in recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of HR functions specifically statutory compliances, benefits, payroll, HR policies

Skills Required:

- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive problem-solving skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
