Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
- Build and support REST APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Work with relational databases using basic SQL queries
- Perform debugging, issue analysis, and bug fixing
- Collaborate with team members, testers, and business users
- Understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Support application deployment and production issue resolution when required

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Core Java
- Experience with J2EE
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Basic understanding of REST API development
- Basic SQL knowledge on any database such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.
- Understanding of application layers such as Controller, Service, Repository/DAO
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of Microservices
- Experience with Git
- Basic understanding of Maven/Gradle
- Exposure to Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
- Basic knowledge of cloud or deployment process
