Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Agency Field Sales professional to develop and manage a network of insurance advisors/agents and drive life insurance business through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, onboard, and develop recent insurance advisors/agents.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

* Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

* Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective customers.

* Train and motivate advisors to improve their productivity and sales performance.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.

* Assist advisors in lead generation, customer meetings, and policy closures.

* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.





* Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

* Maintain good customer relationships and support policy servicing when required.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline preferred.

* Experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, field sales, or direct sales will be an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

* Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers/advisors.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and digital applications.
