Summary:Experienced Google Dialogflow CX (DFCX) Developer/Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective conversational AI solutions. This role involves working closely with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver intelligent voice/chat bot platforms using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).



Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Professional & Technical

- - Mandatory SkillsManage project delivery for Dialogflow CX solutions hosted on GCPProficient in GCP Console IAM, APIs & Services, billing reportsCoordinate across cross-functional teams (DFCX, backend, QA, infra)- Good to HaveMonitor operations via BigQuery, Logging, and Looker dashboardsDefine post-production strategies error handling, alerting, rollback plansContribute to training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.- Must have skill Google Dialogflow CX Developer/Architect.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 4 to 6 years with minimum 4 years with of experience is required in Google Dialog flow.- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect / Developer- A 15 years full time education is required.
