Role & responsibilities

The Company is looking for a strategic Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across India, focusing on leadership and commercial hiring. The role involves executive search, talent mapping, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.

Strategic Talent Mapping & Sourcing

- Lead pan-India commercial hiring for Sales & Marketing.
- Manage end-to-end executive search for leadership roles.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry forums.

Business Partnership

- Partner with founders, business leaders, and sales leadership.




- Conduct intake meetings and define hiring strategies for leadership positions.

Recruitment Operations

Improve recruitment KPIs:

- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Quality of Hire
- Source Mix

- Manage recruitment vendors and search firms.
- Maintain ATS data integrity and reporting.

Employer Branding

- Strengthen the employer brand within the MedTech ecosystem.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Ready to Work out of Oragadam Corporate Office
- 10-15 years in corporate recruitment/executive search.
- Strong experience hiring commercial and leadership talent.
- Background in Medical Devices, MedTech, or Pharma.
- Strong network within the healthcare commercial ecosystem.
- MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
