- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with product information, order support, and sales queries.
- Drive outbound sales and customer engagement activities.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Promote products, offers, and brand initiatives.
