Role & responsibilities

- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- Promote sports memberships, coaching programs, hourly court bookings, and retail products.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, WhatsApp and CRM follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate billing, daily cash/accounts, and stock records.
- Ensure store cleanliness, product displays, and excellent customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and Google Reviews.
- Support sports events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high billing and stock accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, sports, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Passion for sports and interacting with people.




- Robust communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM and billing software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
