Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Sales

Robust communication, relationship management, and sales skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank partners and drive business through assigned branches

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches

* Build strong relationships with bank officials and customers

* Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

* Conduct joint sales calls, customer meetings, and branch engagement activities

* Ensure timely policy issuance and compliance with company processes
