Duties and Responsibilities
- Support field through trouble shooting on system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis Sharing of best practices with team
- Coordinate with Salesensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liasoning with functional team Operations
