• Operates all assigned equipment following defined SOPs and safety procedures exactly; does not run equipment outside trained scope or normal parameters.
• Supports shift output and yield targets by following process settings precisely, maintaining consistent work pace and reporting abnormalities promptly.
• Carries out visual and basic measurement quality checks as instructed; records results accurately and reports non-conformances to the shift engineer immediately.
• Performs AM activities — inspection, cleaning and lubrication — on assigned equipment per schedule; records findings accurately in the AM logbook.
• Monitors assigned process parameters related to energy and material usage; reports out-of-range readings to the shift engineer with relevant observations.
