Role: TPM Lead

Location: Faridabad Plant

Role & responsibilities

- Drive TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Lead Kaizen and productivity improvement projects to improve quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
- Conduct regular Gemba Walks, process audits and 5S/TPM audits and ensure timely closure of action points.
- Monitor and analyse key plant performance indicators such as OEE, productivity, quality, rejection, downtime, cost and improvement advantages.
- Prepare and publish plant performance MIS, KPI dashboards and management presentations (PPTs).
- Identify operational gaps through data analysis and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and sustainable corrective actions.




- Develop and implement training and skill development programs for operators, supervisors and employees.
- Maintain and monitor skill matrix, competency development and training effectiveness.
- Drive employee participation through Kaizen, Suggestion Schemes and Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR and EHS teams for cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of ownership, discipline, problem-solving and continuous improvement across the plant.
