Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage partnerships and oversee end-to-end operations for unsecured loan products. This role combines financial management, compliance, risk analysis, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1.Partnership Management

oManage and strengthen partnerships for unsecured loan products.

oOversee day-to-day operational activities with partners for smooth execution.

2.Financial Oversight

oMaintain all financial activities related to the product.

oMonitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements to ensure financial health.

3.Risk & Policy Analysis

oCollaborate with the risk team for data-driven policy analysis.

oImplement strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.

4.Reconciliation & Closure

oHandle all reconciliation items and ensure timely closure of accounts.

oMaintain accuracy and compliance in financial settlements.

5.Compliance Management

oEnsure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

oRegularly review and update compliance frameworks for the product.

6.Commercial Negotiation

oLead commercial negotiations with partners.





oManage agreement changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

7.Process Improvement & Automation

oIdentify process gaps and propose enhancements.

oWork with IT teams to implement automation and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or partnership management.

Robust analytical and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance management.

Experience in process improvement and automation projects.
