Summary

The RPA Developer;is responsible for;designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Artificial Intelligence (AI), including large language models, natural language processing, and cloud-based AI services. The role focuses on modernizing business processes, improving productivity, and supporting digital transformation initiatives by;leveraging;automation frameworks, Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and enterprise integration tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and;maintain;automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, and related platforms.

Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, NLP, and document understanding into automation workflows.

Design and configure Copilot-enhanced workflows and custom copilots using Copilot Studio.

Convert existing bot automations into reusable skills using pro-code tools.

Configure generative AI responses and data retrieval from Dataverse and other enterprise systems.

Perform process analysis, optimization, debugging, and performance tuning of;automations.

Integrate automation solutions with APIs, connectors, and web services.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Train end-users on Copilot capabilities and support adoption across business functions.

Document workflows, automation standards, and best practices.

Essential Functions of the Role

- Communicate effectively via email, phone,



and virtual platforms.

- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.

Education & Work Requirements

- Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

UiARD certification.

Experience with Teams-based agent deployment and Dataverse integrations.

Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, AI concepts, and cloud-based AI services.

Robust communication, innovation mindset, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience mentoring junior team members.
