n n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
n Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
n Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
n Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies




n Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
n Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory
n Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management
n Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements
