Role Overview
We are seeking an SAP Concur Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end global deployments within the client practice. This is a strategic leadership position focusing on architecting complex expense management solutions, ensuring global tax compliance, and managing sophisticated integrations with S/4HANA environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Lead design workshops and fit-gap analysis to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP Concur configurations.
- Implementation Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Concur modules, including Expense, Invoice, and specialized components like Concur Detect and Tax Assurance.
- Financial Integration: Architect and oversee the deployment of SAP Integration Components (ICS) for seamless real-time financial posting into S/4HANA or other ERP systems.
- Compliance & Audit:
Build advanced rule engines for policy compliance and fraud detection while ensuring global tax recovery (VAT/GST) standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for leadership, providing strategic guidance on spend analytics via Consultative Intelligence.
Required Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in SAP Concur implementation and administration.
- Hands-on proficiency with Company Billed Statements (CBS), P-Cards, and reconciliation workflows.
- Strong understanding of the SAP Integration Component (ICS) and data extract services.
- Expertise in Cognos-based reporting and Spend Analysis.
- Prior experience in a consulting workplace or managing global rollouts is highly preferred.
