An architecture and engineering organisation in Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore is hiring a Project Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to work on India-based residential and large-scale development projects. The role focuses on technical architectural documentation, master planning, detailed drawings, GFC documentation, and coordination during project execution.

The position requires an architect with practical experience in taking drawings from the design and documentation stage through to on-site execution, with the ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Project Exposure
The role will primarily involve India-based projects, with exposure to: Large-scale residential developments
Residential townships and integrated developments
Master planning and large-scale site planning
Site development and associated architectural works

Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate architectural drawings from design development through project execution.

Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed architectural documentation.

Develop master plan layouts and coordinate site planning requirements.

Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details.

Review drawings for technical accuracy, coordination, and constructability.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.

Work with project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues during execution.





Conduct site visits to review implementation and support alignment with approved drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams during project execution.

Review site conditions and provide architectural inputs for execution-related requirements.

Incorporate drawing revisions and maintain updated project documentation.

Support the project team in meeting documentation, quality, and project delivery timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.

Arch)
4–5 years of professional experience in architecture.

Strong technical experience in architectural documentation and detailing.

Hands-on experience preparing GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and master plan layouts.

Practical understanding of architectural construction and project execution.

Experience working on projects through the execution stage.

Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with consultants and site teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.

Understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building components.

Ability to review drawings for technical accuracy and coordination.

Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on large-scale and technically detailed projects.

Work Schedule
Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM); Saturdays are WFH
