Hiring | Sales & Business Development – Delhi/NCR, UP, Haryana & Rajasthan.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to join our team and drive business growth across the Delhi/NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan territories.

Base Location: Delhi – Head Office
‍ Experience: 4–5 years
Qualification: Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Pumps, Blowers, Pneumatic Automation, or Industrial Filtration will be preferred.

Prior experience with companies dealing in pneumatics, pumps, blowers or compressors will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales, marketing, and business development within the assigned territory.
* Generate enquiries through customer visits, End Users, and OEMs.
* Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely project execution and deliveries.
* Develop and support Business Associates to achieve sales targets.
* Handle technical queries, troubleshooting, customer complaints,



and service calls.
* Conduct technical training for End Users and OEM customers.
* Plan and execute customer meets, email campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
* Negotiate effectively and drive deals towards successful closure.
