JOB OVERVIEW:
The Workplace Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality 2nd level technical support and ensuring a secure, reliable, and up-to-date computing environment for
Polypeptide’s enterprise and manufacturing operations

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Head of Cloud and End User Enablement Global IT/IS

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft client computing services

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders
• Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
• Ability to organize the work, plan well and prioritize based on impact
Action-oriented and results-driven.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:




• Provide 2nd level technical support for the Polypeptide Client PC workplace.
• Provide 2nd level support for printing services and printer-related incidents.
• Support telephony systems, including IP phones, softphones, and related tools.
• Provide support for conference room technologies and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and internal guidelines.
