- We are looking BDM having 6+ years experience working with MSP accounts.
- Should be ready to work during PST Time Zone (Night Shift).
- Hands on experience of maintaining relationships with MSP and should be able to generate business from new MSP.
- You will collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market to onboard new clients.
- Prospect through calls, emails and social channels. Schedule meetings and perform sales pitches for senior sales team when required.
- Track sales efforts (calls, meetings, events) through use of CRM and other sales applications.
- Experience in social media will be a plus.
- Provide service and support to clients by responding to requests and resolving any issues.
- Support the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
- Proactively take on current initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning.
- Client on boarding or client generation or lead generation
- Vendor Management: Overseeing the relationships with staffing agencies and managing contracts and compliance.
- Cost Management: Analyzing and managing costs associated with staffing, including vendor rates and expenses.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics to improve staffing processes and make informed decisions.
- Project Management: Managing client projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
These roles are essential for MSPs to effectively manage the contingent workforce and provide value to their clients.
