Summary: The Counter Sales Executive plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences within a premium retail environment. This position is essential for driving sales performance, maintaining store excellence, and fostering lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service
• Drive sales and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation
• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately
• Ensure proper stock management and inventory upkeep
• Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business
