We are looking for an experienced Claim Officer to manage end-to-end insurance claim processing, coordinate with clients, insurers and surveyors, and ensure timely claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance claims from intimation to final settlement.

- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, surveyors, hospitals and other stakeholders.

- Verify claim documents and identify documentation gaps.

- Follow up with insurers and surveyors for claim assessment and settlement.

- Track pending claims and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate claim records, correspondence and settlement details.

- Resolve client queries related to claim status and documentation.

- Handle disputed/complex claims and escalate them when required.





- Ensure compliance with insurance company procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Insurance Claims & Processes.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

- Solid documentation and coordination abilities.

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel.

- Customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Motor, Health, Property or General Insurance Claims will be preferred. Experience in Insurance Broking, TPA or General Insurance is also suitable.
