Senior Hardware Test Engineer

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of embedded systems testing and automation experience with strong Python and pytest expertise for hardware-driven test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience executing daily firmware and software regression testing on physical servo drives/joints and maintaining electromechanical test benches.
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins, including ownership of nightly test execution and reporting infrastructure.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as code reviews, documentation, issue tracking, and independent technical ownership of testing operations.
- Ability to work safely with electrical and mechanical hardware, perform basic soldering and tooling tasks, mentor junior engineers, and communicate effectively in English.
