1 Role** Watson LIMS Support Analyst
2 Required Technical Skill Set** -Hands-on experience with IBM Watson LIMS.
-Experience in L2/L3 application support environments.
-Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
-Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
-Understanding of application integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts.
-Knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments.
-Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Now, JIRA, or Remedy.

4 Desired Experience Range** 4-6 years
5 Location of Requirement India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5) -Experience in Watson LIMS configuration and customization.
-Scripting knowledge (Java Script, Shell, Python, or similar).
-Exposure to ETL and reporting tools.
-Understanding of cloud platforms and Dev Ops practices.

Good-to-Have Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.




Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support models when required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
Robust documentation and problem-solving capabilities.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IBM Watson LIMS applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
Monitor application health and proactively identify system issues.
Handle service requests, incident tickets, problem management, and change requests.
Configure and maintain Watson LIMS workflows, forms, templates, and business rules.
Support system upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and environment migrations.
Participate in deployment activities and release management.
Develop and support custom scripts, reports, and integrations.
