Position Overview

We are hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer with strong experience building production applications using .NET/C# on the backend and React on the frontend. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you will work across multiple projects, delivering end-to-end solutions for diverse business domains.

You will own features from database design through API development to frontend implementation, working directly with clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable applications.

The work spans greenfield product development, enterprise SaaS platforms, internal tools, and modernization of legacy .NET systems to modern architectures.

This is not a ticket-taker role-you are expected to make architectural decisions, lead technical conversations with stakeholders, and deliver production-quality software with accountability for reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end-to-end: React UI, ASP.NET Core API design, and SQL Server database implementation.
- Work across multiple client projects, adapting to different domains, codebases, and team structures.
- Partner with Product Owners, clients, and SMEs to translate business requirements into shipped solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core and .NET 6/7/8.
- Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core with repository and unit-of-work patterns.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, indexing, query performance, and migrations.
- Apply architectural patterns such as CQRS, MediatR, and DDD where appropriate.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces using React and Type Script.
- Implement modern state management, component composition, and data-fetching patterns.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs,



authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions.
- Implement containerized deployments using Docker.
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Make architectural decisions and lead technical conversations.
- Proactively identify improvements and quickly adapt to new project contexts.

Required Skills
- 3 5+ years of qualified experience with C#/.NET and React.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC) and .NET 6 or later.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design, complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Production experience building React + Type Script applications.
- Experience with state management and API integration.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, JWT, OAuth 2.0, and authorization.
- Experience with a cloud platform, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
- Client-facing or consultancy experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities across projects, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- C#, Type Script/Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, T-SQL, and stored procedures.

Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Microservices architecture, CQRS, MediatR, or Domain-Driven Design.
- RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
- Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Application Insights.
- Redis, SignalR, or gRPC.
- AI/ML integration, including LLM APIs, AI-assisted features, or Azure Cognitive Services.
- Legacy .NET Framework modernization to .NET 6/7/8.
- Automated testing with xUnit/NUnit, integration testing, and E2E testing.
- Terraform or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
- Agile delivery in consultancy or multi-project environments.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
