- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, and manage emergency and corrective maintenance actions.
- Budget & Cost Control: Create and manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, health policies, and environmental standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, conduct inspections, and coordinate repairs and upgrades to maximize operational efficiency and output.
- Vendor & Contractor Management:



Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts for maintenance work and managing their services.
- Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, logs, equipment inventory, and use data analysis to improve processes and predict future issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration, though relevant experience can sometimes substitute for a degree.
- Experience: Proven work experience in maintenance management or a similar supervisory role, often with a minimum of 5 years.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of various systems such as electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
