Roles & responsibilities :
1. He/ She helps the Department Managers and Assistant Manager – Operations by assisting them in their responsibilities.
2. Acts as a main link between Sales Associate and Departmental Manager and also help in maintaining a neat floor.
3. Re-ordering is automatic through a computerised replenishment system.
4. However, they have the additional responsibility of estimating high sales especially on weekends and have to take care of this need.
5. This estimate is often done by knowledge gained through experience.
Experience : 2 - 3 Years
Salary : 17k - 18k
