�� Job Summary
We are looking for a Chemical Engineer with 5–7 years of experience who can seamlessly combine deep
process engineering knowledge with industrial marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will
understand our process end-to-end—from design and optimization to commissioning—and will be able
to effectively present, promote, and sell these solutions to potential clients. This role is equally
technical and commercial, requiring robust engineering skills as well as business development acumen.

Marketing & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry
channels.
Identify and propose new avenues for lead generation and strategic partnerships.
Evaluate and qualify leads based on customer requirements and project feasibility.
Seamlessly transition qualified leads to the Sales/Estimation team.
Client Support & Engagement
Understand client requirements and industry applications thoroughly.
Present MAEPL’s technical offerings in a clear and structured manner.
Simplify complex technical concepts for client understanding.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure accurate communication.
Support in developing process flow overviews, pre-sales documents, and marketing collaterals.
Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations,
and techno-commercial discussions.

�� Education, Experience and Industry Preference
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
5–7 years in process engineering with proven exposure to industrial marketing/sales
