1. Maintenance & Operations
* Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities
* Ensure maximum availability of plant equipment and machinery
* Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly and suggest improvements
* Adhere to safety permit systems and operational guidelines
* Handle shift-based mechanical activities and planning

Key Interactions
* Operations Team: Coordinate with production, QC, and maintenance teams
* HR Department: Support training, manpower, and engagement activities
* Safety & Compliance Teams: Ensure adherence to plant safety and regulations
