Job Description:

Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive (Only Males)
Qualification Required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)
Salary: ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Job Location: Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt. Ltd., #18-19, Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana – Punjab 141120 (Local Preferred)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities

- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems

- Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns

- Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians





- Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly

- Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, Air Compressor, Generators, and other utility systems

- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts

- Track machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine

- Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions

- Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments

- Provide proper training to machine operators

- Blender

- Grinding & Pulverizing Machine

- Volumetric Machine
