- Cooking various dishes using methods like grilling, baking, frying, boiling, and steaming.

- Quality and standards:
- Ensuring all food is prepared to company standards, with correct portions and consistent quality.
- Arranging and garnishing food for presentation.
- Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Handling and storing ingredients and food properly to prevent spoilage.

- Kitchen management:




- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages.
- Restocking stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and utensils.

- Teamwork and communication:
- Collaborating with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
