Job Description:
Responsibilities

- Production management: Develop and implement production plans, monitor processes, and track performance against targets and quality standards.

- Team leadership: Assign tasks, manage staff schedules, provide training and coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve personnel issues.

- Quality control: Ensure all production processes and finished goods meet quality and specification requirements.

- Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Equipment maintenance: Oversee regular machinery inspections, coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs, and manage equipment readiness for production.

- Inventory and materials: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments.

- Reporting and analysis: Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports for senior management.
