We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading Banking organization in Chennai. We are looking for a skilled Decisioning / Rules Engine Developer to build and manage business rules for credit and risk decisioning systems.

? Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing business rules in a decision engine setting supporting lending and credit processes.

? Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) / Decisioning platforms
- Experience in any of the below tools:
1. FICO Blaze Advisor
2. IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
3. Drools (Red Hat Decision Manager)
4. Pega Decisioning / PRPC
5. Experian PowerCurve / similar decision systems

- Strong technical skills in:

1. Java
2. SQL
3. Excel

- Good understanding of:

1. Rule authoring, testing, and deployment
2. Decision flows / rule-based logic implementation

- Exposure to AI / analytics tools (basic familiarity acceptable)
