We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to travel to customer sites for product installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and commission company products at customer locations.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues.

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.

- Assist customers with product demonstrations and usage guidance.

- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.

- Maintain installation reports, service records, and documentation.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues.





- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and support activities.

Requirements

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of installation and maintenance procedures.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related technical discipline.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- Must be willing to travel to customer sites for installation and technical support.
