- Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product-related questions
- Resolving complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional experience
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Supporting the team in improving response templates and customer support workflows What We Expect




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred
