Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will work full time on-site at Victory Mark Child Therapy And Learning Centre in Lucknow. In this role, the qualified will assess children for speech, language, and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting intervention strategies as needed. The role also involves educating and guiding families and caregivers, collaborating with other therapists and educators, and participating in case discussions and review meetings.



The Speech Language Pathologist will contribute to creating a supportive, child-centered therapeutic environment and may assist in workshops or awareness programs related to communication and learning challenges. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related difficulties. Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders. Candidates should possess knowledge and clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing issues. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution. Relevant professional registration or licensure, as applicable. Experience working with children in clinical, school, or therapy centre settings is highly beneficial. Ability to create individualized treatment plans and apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
