The role will be closely connected to the preschool industry , focusing on curriculum implementation, teacher training, school engagement, and ensuring robust learning and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Training Specialists
- Drive curriculum implementation across preschool partner schools
- Build teacher capability through effective training
- Monitor account health, service quality, and learning outcomes
- Handle customer escalations and implementation challenges
- Build strong relationships with school leaders
- Support customer retention, renewals, and growth
- Drive team performance and adherence to SLAs Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in preschools, early childhood education, academic delivery, teacher training, or curriculum implementation will be preferred.
