Location: Kochi, Kerala Department: Architectural Design (AD) Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar sales role Creo Homes is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Architectural Design Sales team . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in handling leads and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Creo Homes’ architectural design services
- Support the sales team in lead qualification, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
- Coordinate with internal design and sales teams for customer requirements
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales documents
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager




- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience throughout the sales process Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
